📦 Shipping Policy

At Jasons Aquatics, we take great care to ensure all livestock is packed securely and shipped using appropriate methods to maintain health during transit.

Shipping Days

We ship livestock orders Monday to Friday for a delivery range of Tuesday to Saturday to avoid parcels being held in the courier network over weekends.

Orders placed after the weekly cut-off may be shipped the following week.

Delivery Services

Livestock is shipped via next-day courier service where available.

While we aim for next-day delivery, delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by courier delays outside of our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

All applicable shipping charges will be clearly shown before payment is completed.

Live Arrival Requirements

To qualify for our Live Arrival Guarantee:

• Someone must be available to receive the parcel on the first delivery attempt
• The parcel must not be redirected or rescheduled by the customer
• Delivery must be to a valid UK mainland address (unless agreed otherwise)

Failure to meet these conditions may void the Live Arrival Guarantee.

Delivery Responsibility

Once livestock has been dispatched and handed to the courier:

• The customer is responsible for being available to receive the delivery
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather, or incorrect address details provided at checkout

However, we will always assist where reasonably possible.

Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery address is correct.

We cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
